My Approach to Tutoring
My name is Robyn Gurnari and I am currently enrolled at La Salle University. I am in a 5-year Masters of Science program studying the speech-language-hearing sciences. I have completed a Spanish minor, in which I traveled to Spain to finish. I am also working on a psychology minor. Studying in a science-heavy program, I am most comfortable with tutoring sciences. I have been tutoring Anatomy and Physiology at La Salle University for two years as a supplemental instructor. However, I am also comfortable tutoring Spanish, English, psychology, and most elementary/middle school subjects. In my tutoring career, I incorporate a variety of teaching strategies to fit each student's needs. I like to get to know the student to find out what skills they have and how they learn best. I believe that all students are capable of success with proper guidance.
